MY GRANDPARENTS LIVED ON A FARM IN HEANENVILLE ILLINOIS. IT WAS ON THE VERMILLION RIVER. THEY HAD 15 CHILDREN.
MY FATHER WAS "JOHN" WHO MARRIED IRENE EVE KOTANSKY OF STREATOR ILLINOIS A TOWN OF 15,000 THEN. HAVING NO FORMAL EDUCATION HE LATER WENT TO WORK AT THE STREATOR BRICK YARD. HE HAD THREE CHILDREN JACK, DEAN, RENEE.

RENEE THE YOUNGEST PASSED ON AT AN EARLY AGE.

DEAN LATER CHANGED HIS NAME TO ROBERT DEAN.
HE DROPPED THE FAMILY NAME ALTOGETHER.
DEAN STILL LIVES IN STREATOR ILLINOIS.

JACK LATER CHANGED HIS NAME TO UHERN.
JACK AND HIS WIFE CAROL ANN UHERN (PLATT) LIVE IN PALM DESERT CA.
JACK HAS A COMPUTER TRAINING BUSINESS DESIGNED FOR SENIORS CALLED "ULEARN EZ"

09 Mar 2024 - I am now establishing the surname as AZAR. Verifiability is the standard and this is currently the only verifiable document we have listing her surname.

26 January 2021 - One known document is Anna (Kacmar) Sims birth record. It lists the mothers maiden name as AZAR. If this record was an original from 1901, it would hold a lot of weight as to the mothers maiden name. However, the document is actually a "Delayed Record Of Birth". It was filled out in 1962 by Anna Sims. Since her mother died at age four, this his now a 62 year old memory of her mothers name. I will continue to use KACZMAREK until better information comes froward.

At birth, doctors that his lungs and heart were under-developed. There were holes in his lungs and heart. They performed surgery on his heart, when he died at two days. He is buried near his grandfather, Larry Majercin and his great grand faher, Michael Pacheco at El Camino Memorial Park in San Diego, CA.

Stephen Majercin Jr., remembers Andrew visiting his home as a child. Andrew brought some of his pigeons, and released them.
They flew over 800 miles from Pine Bluff, Arkansas, back to Andrew's home in Streator.
