Majercin, John & Mary (nee Polachek)

The Majercin Family Genealogy Resource began in September, 1996 as a way to give a bit of history to our two children.

What started as a little project quickly grew and grew.

As of October, 2024 we have found over 2,633 people directly related to our children.

On this site you will find family related to the MAJERCIN, and KATCHMAR families of Slovakia and Illinois; the CLEMENTE family of Gibraltar and New York; the PACHECO and MARTIN families of Spain, Puerto Rico and Hawai'i; the PAQUETTE and CARTIER families of Quebec, Rhode Island and Connecticut as well as the ARASIMOWICZ family of Lithuania and New York.

This has been a wonderful undertaking, and it has provided everyone who has helped in this project the opportunity to forge new friendships and rekindle old ones. We thank all those who have aided us along the way. Without this information, our children and theirs will never know about their history.

What's New - (02Feb2019) Great news on the "Streator Majercin's. Today we located a Passenger list showing Mary (Polachek) Majercin and her two children arriving at Ellis Island. This brings us one step closer to linking two Majercin families!
