  	Rick - suffering from bipolar mental disabilities for his entire adult life - had been in and out of care and in-and-out of support of his family for years. Ultimately, he elected to live on the streets rather than in the care of his family. Rick's body was discovered in an area frequented by the local homeless population in Corpus Cristi. [2]
