  	AKA Kaczmarek AKA Kacsmarik AKA Csizsmarik AKA Azar 09 Mar 2024 - I am now establishing the surname as AZAR. Verifiability is the standard and this is currently the only verifiable document we have listing her surname. 26 January 2021 - One known document is Anna (Kacmar) Sims birth record. It lists the mothers maiden name as AZAR. If this record was an original from 1901, it would hold a lot of weight as to the mothers maiden name. However, the document is actually a "Delayed Record Of Birth". It was filled out in 1962 by Anna Sims. Since her mother died at age four, this his now a 62 year old memory of her mothers name. I will continue to use KACZMAREK until better information comes froward.
