Anne A. Pope (1908 - 1998)

STREATOR -- Anne A. Pope, 89, of Streator, died at 10:40 p.m. Friday (March 13, 1998) at St. Mary's Hospital, Streator.
Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Stephen's Church, Streator, with Monsignor Peter Bolerasky officiating. Burial will be in St. Stephen's Cemetery, Streator. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Solon Funeral Home, Streator, with a rosary at 6 p.m.
She was born April 14, 1908, in Streator, a daughter of Andrew and Mary (Majerchin) Salata. She married George Pope on April 16, 1929. He died March 20, 1992.
Survivors include one daughter, Ann Marie (Vincent) Reihl, Streator.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and three sisters, Josephine Hanson, Katherine Harcharik, and Mary Salata.
