Ken Majerchin 

CAROL STREAM/LOMBARD - Ken Majerchin, age 59, suddenly, of Carol Stream, formerly of Lombard, died February 14 in his home. 

Visitation will be Wednesday, February 19 from 3 to 9 PM at Brust Funeral Home, 135 S. Main St., Lombard, Illinois. Funeral service will be Thursday, February 20 at 10:30 AM at Brust Funeral Home. Interment will be at Assumption Cemetery in Winfield, Illinois. 

Mr. Majerchin is survived by his wife, Pat nee Tomanek; his mother Marguerite of Lombard; two sisters, Patricia (Richard) Finke of Bensenville and Lisa (Glenn Hughes) Majerchin of Villa Park; and a brother, Kevin (Holly) of Carpentersville. Uncle of five. Many other relatives. Mr. Majerchin was preceded in death by his father, Edward. 

Mr. Majerchin grew up in Lombard. He attended Schafer Grade School, Jefferson Middle School and Willowbrook High School where he graduated in 1972. Mr. Majerchin attended college at Southern Illinois University. He worked at Allstate Insurance Company from 1974-2013. Mr. Majerchin was an avid golfer and skier. He was a former member of St. John the Apostle Church in Villa Park.
