Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 16, at St. Stephen's Chapel. The Rev. Jacob Rose will officiate. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Born March 24, 1923, in Streator, she was the daughter of John and Mary (Majercin) Matas. She married Donald D. Lemler on July 10, 1948. He passed away on Jan. 3, 2001.

She is survived by seven grandchildren, including Tammy Pavlick, of Ottawa, and Shelly Lemler, of Streator; several great-grandchildren; and a sister, Ann Yanko.

She was preceded in death by her husband; sons, James and Edward Lemler; sisters, Eva Matas and Marie McCumsey; brothers, Andrew and Albert Matas; and a grandchild.

She was a former member of St. Stephen's Grade School and Streator Township High School.
