TOLUCA — Roger W. Majercin, 75, of Toluca, died at 12:15 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13, at UnityPoint Health Methodist in Peoria.

Cremation rites will be accorded. Following Roger's wishes, there will be no services. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Calvert – Johnson & Froelich Memorial Home, Toluca, is assisting the family with arrangements.

Roger was born Oct. 29, 1940, in Pekin, the son of Frank and Catherine Benstein. He married L. Kay Hedrick, and she preceded him in death on July 16, 1994.

Surviving are a daughter, Kimberly North, of Toluca; two grandchildren, Callen Adolphson, of Toluca, and Tayler North, of Normal; and two great-grandchildren, Callie and Jacie Adolphson. Also surviving is a sister, Loretta Fuller, of New York.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Ryan Majercin; a brother, Frank Majercin; and a sister, Evelyn Danko.
